Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of cardiovascular, medical-surgical and observation patients in accordance with physician’s treatment plans.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience
No experience required
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
Registered Nurse, Med-Surg: ACLS certification preferred, ICU/CVU/Observation Unit: ACLS certification within 1 year of hire required.
Equipment, Tools, Work Aids
Patient therapeutic equipment/machines or their reasonable accommodation.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development.
