Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of patients in accordance with physicians’ treatment plans. Cares for adult patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical issues or are recovering from surgery. Average 5:1 nurse to patient ratio, but no more than 6:1.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience
No experience required
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
Registered Nurse. BLS certification within 90 days of hire required. Med-Surg: ACLS certification preferred
Equipment, Tools, Work Aids
Patient therapeutic equipment/machines or their reasonable accommodation.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development.

Approximate Work Schedule
Full Time Night Shift 7pm-7am, every Saturday and Sunday. Weekender employees will be considered full-time employees guaranteed a minimum schedule of twenty-four (24) hours every weekend and will be paid for 32 hours.
